WHAT: The legendary Indy Super Pull returns to Indianapolis bringing the "Crown Jewel" of truck & tractor pulling back to the Racing Capital of the World. The renowned race was a staple event at the Indiana State Fairgrounds through the mid-1990's. It returns as a Lucas Oil Pro-Pulling League sanctioned points race where pullers will compete for a $69,000 purse. The Indy Super Pull is the featured event of the Indiana State Fair's inaugural Lucas Oil Motorsports Weekend August 8 & 9, 2009 which will extend the annual State Fair an additional five days to include three full weekends of activity for fair-goers.

The Indy Super Pull will include two action-packed sessions on Saturday, August 8th and one session Sunday August 9th with two tracks and four classes per session.
