MACKINAW, Ill., -- The winning combination of Buzz Motorsports, Dixie Chopper Lawn Mowers and Lucas Oil Products will continue to be seen on the short tracks of the Midwest for yet another season.
"What a great opportunity for Dixie Chopper to continue to expand their motorsports program into the upper Midwest," said a happy Jamie Neville, Buzz Motorsports car owner.
"The ASA Midwest Tour that our team will be competing in this season, has a great fan base that covers a wide demographic and will give us unlimited potential to show off the great benefits of owning a Dixie Chopper lawn mower," the elder Neville added. "Lucas Oil has been synonymous with racing for many years. The opportunity to use and promote their quality lubricants is a great privilege in itself for our team as well."
Jamie's son, 21-year-old driver Nick Neville, was equally excited about his continued association with Dixie Chopper.
"Dixie Chopper and myself are the perfect match," Nick said. "Not only do I use their mowers exclusively in my business, Nick's Quality Lawn Care, but I also get to promote their product everywhere we race.
"The 'World's Fastest Lawn Mower' together with a pretty fast race car will be hard to beat! I think the success we have had the past two seasons proved to the Dixie Chopper folks that we have a solid team that they can be proud to support," he added.
Nick's 23-year-old brother Derek drives the No. 33 ASA MWT car.
"We began testing and using Lucas Oil Products about two seasons ago, and the results are speaking for themselves," Derek said of his sponsor. "I used to think 'motor oil was just motor oil' but now I know better. The rear end and transmission temps are drastically reduced and engine horsepower is up significantly. I am proud to carry the Lucas colors on my race car."
For the 2009 season, Nick Neville will carry the colors of Dixie Chopper on the side of his No. 32 Buzz Motorsports Chevrolet Impala. Additional support comes from Lucas Oil Products, Ben E. Neville Roll-Off and Trucking Service, Nick's Quality Lawn Care, M.P.H. Promotions and, of course, Buzz Motorsports.
Derek Neville will race his No. 33 Chevrolet Impala with primary sponsorship from Lucas Oil as well as Dixie Chopper, Ben E. Neville Roll-Off and Trucking, Neville Land Improvement, M.P.H. Promotions and Buzz Motorsports.
