Lawn mower manufacturer hosting reception for veterans at trade show
COATESVILLE, IN (JANUARY 31, 2016) –

Dixie Chopper will be hosting an exclusive reception for veterans in its booth during the National Farm Machinery Show in Louisville, Kentucky. The Veteran Reception will take place on Wednesday, February 10, Thursday, February 11 and Friday, February 12 from 2-3 p.m. at the Kentucky Exposition Center, booth number 7403.

Dixie Chopper’s Veteran Reception will include coffee and cookies for those who have served or are serving in the U.S. military. Veterans can also visit the Dixie Chopper booth any time during show hours to receive a free custom Dixie Chopper veteran hat, with proof of identification.

“We are continuing our Chopper Army theme in the booth this year and felt it made sense to give back to our veterans and honor them for serving our country,” said Chris Vernon, Vice President and General Manager.

In conjunction with the military theme, Dixie Chopper’s booth will include a mower parachuting from the ceiling, a live golden eagle, and dog tag giveaways.

Since 2014, Dixie Chopper has been continuously honoring veterans with their Hometown Heroes Rebate. All active and retired members of the U.S. Military, Police, Fire, EMT, and Paramedic services can receive a $250 rebate on any new Dixie Chopper they purchase.

In addition to the reception, Dixie Chopper will be hosting a party at the Professional Bull Riders (PBR) Bar at 4th Street Live! in downtown Louisville on Thursday, February 11, from 6:30-9:30 p.m. Dixie Chopper’s party is open to the public.
